Preparation:
1. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. 2. Combine flour and seasonings. Coat turkey with flour mixture. 3. In nonstick skillet, in two batches, brown turkey in margarine and oil. Add reserved pineapple juice, orange peel and juice, lemon peel and juice, bouillon and garlic to skillet with all turkey. Bring to boil. 4. Add pineapple. Reduce heat; simmer 1 to 2 minutes longer. 5. Remove turkey and pineapple to serving platter. Boil sauce until reduced by half. Stir in parsley. Spoon sauce over turkey and pineapple. |
