Gazpacho Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

                        Tomato Lime Dressing
  1       package       farfalle (bow-tie) pasta(16 ounces)
   1/2    cup           chopped fresh cilantro
  8       medium        green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
  2       large         tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped (2 cups)
  1       large         cucumber, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  1       medium        bell pepper, coarsely
  1                     green Anaheim chili, seeded and chopped
  1 can (2 1/4 ounces)  sliced ripe olives, drained
 

Preparation:

1. Prepare Tomato Lime Dressing. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. 2. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over mixture; toss. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
