6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces or
-- butterscotch
-- morsels
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon water
3/4 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Makes 2 cups
1. Melt chocolate, corn syrup and water over hot, not boiling, water; stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
2. Remove from heat; add sour cream and mix well.
3. Serve over ice cream or in a soda or shake.
