Ingredients:

     1/2  cup           hot water
   2      tablespoons   fish sauce
   1                    lime -- juice only
   1      teaspoon      lime zest -- grated
   1      teaspoon      garlic -- finely chopped
   2      teaspoons     coriander
   1      tablespoon    roasted peanuts -- ground
   1      teaspoon      chiles -- chopped

Preparation:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl except garlic and chiles; let cool. 2. Add garlic and chiles and let sit for a least 1 hour before serving.
