Preparation:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sugar, margarine, 1/4 cup peanut butter and
vanilla. Stir in oats. Press into lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly
roll pan. Bake 10 minutes; cool 5 minutes. Stir together remaining peanut
butter and chocolate; spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill; cut
into bars.
