Preparation:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl beat brown sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add biscuit mix, stirring until crumbly. Press half the mixture into lightly greased 8 x 8 inch pan and bake 12 minutes. Blend together cream cheese and sugar; add milk, vanilla and egg, blending until smooth. Spread over hot, baked mixture. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake 25 minutes. Cool; cut into squares and keep in refrigerator until served. |
