Oatmeal Raisin Bars

Ingredients:

  2               cups  all-purpose flour
  2               cups  quick-cooking oats
  1           teaspoon  baking soda
  1           teaspoon  ground cinnamon
     1/2           cup  fleischmann's original spread -- (70% corn
                        oil)
  1 1/2           cups  packed light brown sugar
     1/2           cup  egg beaters healthy real egg substitute
  1           teaspoon  vanilla extract
  1                cup  seedless raisins or reduced fat chocolate
                        flavored baking chips
 

Preparation:

Mix flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside. Blend spread, brown sugar, egg beaters and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in raisins or chips. Spread mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cool completely; cut into bars.
