Marinated Artichokes, Peppers, and Pasta

Ingredients:

2 2/3     cups          uncooked penne pasta (8 ounces)
7         ounces        roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
7         ounces        marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
2         ounces        sliced mushrooms, drained
3         tablespoons   torn fresh basil leaves
2         tablespoons   shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2       teaspoon      pepper
2         tablespoons   pine nuts
 

Preparation:

1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. 2. Mix remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add pasta; toss. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
