1 can sweet potatoes -- (17 oz.)
1/4 cup wish-bone deluxe french dressing
1 can crushed pineapple -- drained (8 oz.)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400`. In medium bowl, mash sweet potatoes; blend in French dressing and pineapple. Turn into 1-quart casserole and sprinkle with coconut and brown sugar. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
