Preparation:
Place sweet potato cubes in vegetable steamer. Place over boiling water.
Cover and steam for 5-6
minutes or until tender. Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl and keep warm.
Combine apple juice,
cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small saucepan. Cook over Medium heat,
stirring constantly until
