Broccoli and Potatoes with Dill

Ingredients:

   2      medium        red potatoes -- cut in 1" chunks
     1/2  cup           fresh dill sprigs
     1/2  pound         broccoli -- (about 1 1/4 c.)
   3                    scallions -- minced
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
   1      tablespoon    olive oil
   1      teaspoon      fresh dill -- minced
                        black pepper
 

Preparation:

Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5 min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 min. Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well. Serve warm as a side dish, or chill for about 1 hr and serve as a salad.
