Preparation:
On four 9 x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, equally divide potatoes and onion, overlapping slices slightly. Top each with 2 tablespoons Italian dressing. Wrap foil loosely around potatoes, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Grill or broil pouches, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian or Classic House Italian Dressing. |
