Preparation:
Cover potatoes with water. Bring to boil. Add salt. Reduce heat. Simmer 6 minutes until potatoes are tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to pan and add butter. Mix well. Add fresh chopped chives, basil, parsley and dill. Toss together well. Stir in sour cream and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot or warm.
