1 1/2 pounds potatoes -- peeled and coarsly
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 red bell pepper -- seeded and
6 crushed juniper berries
Preparation:
Place potatoes in a colander and rinse well under cold running water. Do not drain, but place them in a skillet with other ingredients. Cook gently, turning occasionally, for 1/2 hour. Add water sparingly, as needed.
