Ingredients:

   2       lb           Lean ground beef
   2                    Onions, chopped
   2                    Garlic cloves, minced
   2       cn           Pinto or kidney beans
                        -(15 oz each)
   1       cn           Tomato sauce (29 oz)
   1 1/4   c            Pace picante sauce
     1/2   c            Water
   3       tb           Unsweetened cocoa
   2       ts           Ground cumin
   1       t            Dried oregano, crushed
   1 1/4   ts           Salt
     1/8   ts           Ground cloves
     1/8   ts           Nutmeg
     1/8   ts           Allspice
   1                    Green pepper, chopped
 

Preparation:

In Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except green pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 minutes.
