Preparation:
1. In bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold in melted chocolate.
2. Combine 1 1/3 cups of the sugar, almonds, flour and cinnamon.
3. Using wooden sppon, gradually stir sugar mixture into egg white mixture. Dough will be stiff.
4. Worling with 2 Tbsp of dough at time, roll into 1/3 X 5 inch log shapes. Roll each log in granulated sugar.
5. Place logs 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes. Cool on rack |
