Mini Chips Blondies

Ingredients:

     3/4           cup  butter or margarine -- softened
  1 1/2           cups  packed light brown sugar
  2                     eggs
  2        tablespoons  milk
  1           teaspoon  vanilla extract
  2               cups  all-purpose flour
  1           teaspoon  baking powder
     1/4      teaspoon  baking soda
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
  2               cups  hershey's mini chips semi sweet chocolate -- 12oz package
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. ADd eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in mini chips chocolate; spread into prepared pan. BAke 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan; cut into squares. About 36 brownies.
