Preparation:
Cream together the butter, oil, sugars, egg white and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar in a separate bowl. Add the butter mixture and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips, cereal, oats, and nuts.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Note: Substitute walnuts, pecans, or peanuts or omit the nuts altogether. |
