1 package lime-flavored gelatin (4-serving size)
8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice, undrained |
Preparation:
1. For raspberry layer, pour 1 cup boiling water on raspberry-flavored gelatin in medium bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in frozen raspberries; pour into 8-cup mold or square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until almost firm.
2. For orange layer, pour 1 cup boiling water on orange-flavored gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Gradually stir in cream cheese. Refrigerate uncovered about 1 hour or until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Mix in orange segments (with syrup); pour evenly on raspberry layer. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes or until almost firm.
3. For lime layer, pour 1 cup boiling water on lime-flavored gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple(with juice). Refrigerate uncovered about 1 hour or until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Pour evenly on orange layer. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm; unmold or cut into pieces. |
