1 tablespoon sugar -- plus 1 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
2/3 cup cantaloupe -- cubed
2/3 cup honeydew melon -- cubed
2/3 cup watermelon -- cubed |

Preparation:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
NOTES : Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time. |
