Preparation:
Carefully wash the sprouts, trim them stems, and cut an X into the bottom of each with a sharp knife. Bring salted water to a boil and drop in sprouts. Boil about 15 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain well.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and stir in the mustard and pepper. Add the sprouts and toss to coat well. Add more salt and pepper, if desired. |
