Preparation:
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 2 tbls.
drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside. Saute onion in drippings
until tender; push to one side in skillet.
Combine flour and red pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture, and brown in
bacon drippings. Add bacon and remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 40 to
45 minutes. |
