Ingredients:

  1 1/2         pounds  lean ground beef
  1 1/2      teaspoons  salt
  1                cup  bread crumbs
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  8             ounces  canned tomato sauce
  2        tablespoons  brown sugar
  2        tablespoons  mustard
  1                     egg
  1         tablespoon  vinegar
 

Preparation:

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
