Preparation:
In large bowl, combine rice with eggs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, curry powder, dry mustard, chili sauce or ketchup; mix well. Combine ground meats; toss lightly with rice mixture. Pack mixture into loaf tin then invert onto larger shallow pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot or tote to picnic chilled. |
