Preparation:
Red Currant Sauce is a sweet, unusual accompaniment for traditional. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except Red Currant Sauce. Shape mixture into loaf in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until done; remove from pan. Spoon red currant sauce over ham loaf. Serve with any remaining sauce.
