1/8 Teaspoon instant garlic flakes
3 Cups drained sauerkraut
3/4 Cup apple juice
1 1/2 Teaspoons caraway seed
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon thyme
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup apple slices unpeeled -- cored, red cooking

Preparation:
Brown chops, set aside. Place in a slow cooker hafl of onion rings,
garlic flakes, sauerkraut, apple juice, apple slices. Cover slow
cooker; cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
