Preparation:
Mix hamburger, eggs, oatmeal, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. Form mixture into golf ball sized balls. Cut bacon strips in half and wrap a piece around each meatball securing it with a toothpick. Place meatballs in a shallow baking dish. Mix ingredients for sauce in small bowl and mix with a whisk. Pour over meatballs. Bake for approx. 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
