Preparation:
Heat oil in a dutch oven, over a moderately-high flame add onions, bell peppers, and garlic heat and stir for 3-4 minutes add turkey or chicken, heat and stir for 8-10 minutes stir in tomato concasse, beans, tomato sauce, soy, and spices bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1-2 hours serve hot, garnished with minced scallions |
