Three Bean Chili

  1                cup  red bell pepper
  1                cup  green bell pepper
  2        tablespoons  jalapeno chile
  3               cups  diced green chiles
  1         tablespoon  oil
  1                cup  onion
     1/4           cup  garlic
     1/4           cup  parsley
  2               cups  white beans
  2               cups  kidney beans
  2               cups  black beans
  28            ounces  canned crushed tomatoes
  1           teaspoon  ground cumin
  1           teaspoon  dried oregano
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a large saucepan, over a medium flame add onions and saute for 5 minutes add garlic and saute for 2 minutes add remaining ingredients and 2 cups water bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 40 minutes serve hot
