1 recipe miniature passover rolls -- see separate recipe
1 cup mayonnaise
5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons horseradish
1 egg white
Preparation:
Split the rolls and toast them in a preheated broiler. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and horseradish. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold into the cheese mixture. Drop 1/2 tsp of the mixture on top of each rool. Broil 2-3 minutes.
