Preparation:
Melt the butter in a skillet, over a medium flame add the onions and saute until transparent and softened, without browning add the diced chiles, heat and stir for 4-5 minutes add the corn; heat and stir 1-2 minuted, until hot season to taste with salt divide between individual ramekins or gratin dishes cover with foil bake @ 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes remove foil and sprinkle with grated cheese return to oven or pass under a broiler to melt and lightly toast cheese serve hot |
