Preparation:
Macaroni should be prepared according to package directions. Spray 2-qt.
baking dish with Pam and
set aside. Transfer cooked macaroni to prepared dish. In medium saucepan,
melt margarine. Stir in
flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mustard. Cook, stirring constatly, for 2
to 3 minutes. Gradually stir in
milk and continue stirring until mixture thickens slightly. Add cheese and
stir until melted. Stir cheese
mixture into macaroni. Bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes, or until lightly
golden. |
