Preparation:
1. Place cream cheeese, 4 sprigs of cilantro and garlic powder in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
2. Shape into a 5 inch log. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Mix tomato, 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro and the oil. Just before serving spoon almost all the salsa onto the serving plate, place cheese log on salsa, top with remaining salsa.
Notes: Serve with baguette slices; refrigerate leftovers if any. |
