Preparation:
Keep popcorn warm in a 250-degree oven.
Combine chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and corn syrup in a 3-quart heavy saucepan. heat over medium heat until chips are melted, stirring occassionally. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the warm popcorn and stir it with a wooden spoon to coat all the kernels.
Press the mixture into a large buttered pan (a jelly roll pan is ideal, 10 x 15 inches with sides). Let cool. Then break into pieces. |
