Ingredients:

  4 1/2           cups  sugar
     1/3         pound  butter
  1        large   can  carnation milk
  3           packages  chocolate chips -- (6 oz. each)
  1                jar  marshmallow cream -- (7 to 8 oz)
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
  1                cup  nuts -- optional
 

Preparation:

Bring to boil and boil for exactly 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut.
