Teen's Favorite Fudge

Ingredients:

     3/4  cup           evaporated milk
   2      cups          sugar
     1/4  cup           butter
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      cup           marshmallow creme
  12      ounces        chocolate chips
     1/2  teaspoon      vanilla
     1/2  cup           nuts -- chopped
 

Preparation:

Cook the milk, sugar, butter, and salt together until it reaches the soft fall stage (234 degrees). Stir constantly to prevent sticking and scorching. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the chocolate chips. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts. Pour at once into well greased flat pan, 8x8x2. This makes about 2 pounds of fudge.
