Fettuccini With Spinach Sauce

Ingredients:

  14      ounces        Fettuccini
  10      ounces        frozen chopped spinach
     1/4  cup           butter
   1      cup           ricotta cheese
     1/4  cup           grated Parmesan cheese
     1/4  cup           whipping cream
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/8  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
 

Preparation:

Cook fettuccini according to package directions; drain well. Rinse with warm water, and drain again; set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spinach, cheese, whipping cream, salt, and nutmeg; stir well. Combine spinach mixture and warm noodles, tossing gently.
