Preparation:
heat the olive oil in a dutch oven, over a medium flame add the onions, heat and stir for 4-5 minutes add the garlic, heat and stir for 4-5 minutes, until the onions are golden add the ground meat, heat and stir until the pink disappears add the tomato paste, tomatoes, wine, and water break up the tomatoes with a spoon add the oregano, basil, sage, and thyme-mix well season with salt, pepper, and crushed red chiles bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes add the mushrooms and simmer another 15 minutes ladle sauce mixture over the cooked pasta garnish with grated parmesan cheese serve hot |
