Preparation:
In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in a wax paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off waxed paper and cut into 2" squares. Store loosely at room temperature. |
