Ingredients:

   1      Box           Confectioner's Sugar
     1/2  cup           Cocoa (real)
   1      Stick         Margarine -- softened
   4      large         Marshmallows
     1/4  cup           Milk
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla

Preparation:

Mix sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl. Lay margarine and marshmallows on top. Microwave at 2 minutes on high. Add vanilla and (up to) 1/4 cup milk; "stir like hell." Chill on dish.
