Preparation:
Prepare cake mix according to package didrections.Add 1 cup coconut to
batter.Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan.Bake as directed. Bring
water,evaporated milk and confectioners sugar to a boil.Cool.Add coconut
flavoring.Remove cake from oven and poke holes in cake with a meat
fork.Pour evaporaated milk mixture over top.Chill until cool.Spread whipped
topping over cake.Sprinkle remaining coconut over top.Refrigerate cake. |
