Preparation:
Cream butter and sugar then add in beaten eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients, alternate with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. Add flavoring. Grease 8 inch tube pan; put a layer of batter in bottom of pan. Swirl around some of the cranberry sauce. Add another layer of batter; add more cranberry sauce. Add remaining batter and swirl remaining cranberry sauce on tp. Sprinkle with crushed nuts. bake 350 for 55 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes remove from pan. |
