Ingredients:

  1            package  devil's food cake mix -- 18.25 oz
  1                cup  water
     1/2           cup  applesauce
     3/4           cup  egg beaters healthy real egg substitute
  1                can  reduced fat chocolate frosting -- 16oz

Preparation:

Mix cake mix, water, apple sauce and egg beaters in bowl at low speed of mixer until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely and frost.
