Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line twenty-four 3-inch muffin cups. Set aside.
2. In mixer bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Add soup, shortening, eggs and water. Beat at a low speed until well mixed, constantly scraping bowl. At high speed, beat 4 minutes, scraping bowl often. Spoon batter into cups.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from pans, cool.
4. Frost if desired, decorate with candy. |
