Jiffy Puddin' Cake

Ingredients:

  1            package  jiffy yellow cake mix
  2                     eggs
  5        tablespoons  instant vanilla pudding mix -- 3.9oz
     1/4           cup  soft butter or margarine -- 4 tablespoons
     1/2           cup  water
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and dust with flour an 8 x 8 x 1 inch pan. Beat above ingredients 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, mix 300 strokes. BAke 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely. Frost with jiffy frosting or serve with whipped cream. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
