Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting

Ingredients:

                        CAKE:
   2                    eggs
   1      can           crushed pineapple in juice -- 20 oz
   2      cups          flour
   1      cup           sugar
   1      cup           brown sugar
   2      teaspoons     baking soda
   1      cup           walnuts -- chopped
                        FROSTING:
   1      package       cream cheese -- 3 oz
     1/4  cup           butter
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   2      cups          powdered sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      ginger
 

Preparation:

Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
