Preparation:
Mix butter, flour, sugar, and nuts. Press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350ΓΈ oven. Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooked and cooled crust. Beat together the pudding and milk for 1 minute; pour this over the 1st layer. Spread 9 oz. of Cool Whip over the 2nd layer, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
