Preparation:
Heat oven to 350.
Beat all ingredients in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until blended, about 30 seconds.
Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 3 minutes.
Pour into paper-lined medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, filling each half full.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately remove from pans.
Cool completely. |
