Wacky Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  2 1/4           Cups  All-Purpose Flour
  1 1/2           Cups  Sugar
  4 1/2    Tablespoons  Cocoa
  1 1/2      Teaspoons  Baking Soda
     3/4      Teaspoon  Salt
     1/2           Cup  Vegetable Oil
  1 1/2    Tablespoons  White Vinegar
  1 1/2      Teaspoons  Vanilla
  1 1/4           Cups  Milk
  2        Tablespoons  Dark Rum
 

Preparation:

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt into bowl. Make a well and add oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Add milk and rum. Turn to speed 2 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 6 and beat 1 minute. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks.
