Preparation:
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt into bowl. Make a well and add oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl.
Add milk and rum. Turn to speed 2 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 6 and beat 1 minute.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks. |
