Preparation:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla and lemon extract. Coat fruit and nuts with the 2 cups flour. Thoroughly mix. Then add to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Cook in 350~F. oven until broom straw test shows cake is done. Will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake in well greased and floured tube pan. |
